PRICING -- ORDERS

The paintings are sold from the artist’s house, where he creates them. There are over 1000 framed paintings, of which over 200 are exhibited on the walls at his house. The artist’s paintings can also be seen and sold at international exhibitions. To enable international viewing and distribution, the artist offers (at lower prices) the following categories of paintings via internet.¶To enable

1ST: ¶ PRINTINGS OF ‘’MIXED MEDIA’’. T¶TThe artist prints the painting (that he has imported and processed in the computer), on canvas of dimensions 100X75 cm. (40X30 in.) and then he completes his painting with oils, acrylic, etc. ¶

2ND: ¶PRINTINGS ON CANVAS.¶ This is similar with the 1st case, only that here the further treatment is limited in giving to the table uniqueness. ¶The dimensions of this case are three: ¶a) 100X75 cm (40X30 in.), b) 133X100 cm (53X40 in.), and c) 170X130 cm (68X52 in). ¶

3RD: ¶PRINTINGS ON PLEXIGLAS.¶ This is similar with the 2nd case but the printing is done on plexiglas of 3 mm. (0.12 in.) thickness, and in dimensions that are usually a) 70X50 cm (28X20 in), and b) 100x70 cm (40X28 in.). ¶

4TH: ¶PLEXIGLAS TO STAND ON THE TABLE.¶ This is similar with the 3rd case only that here two paintings, selected by the purchaser, are printed in two plexiglas of dimensions 33X25 cm (13.2X10 in.) each, that are stuck together (with the insertion of a white surface) having a thickness of 2X0.5=1 cm (0.4 in), and are fixed on a metal base so that they can be placed on a table. They present of course a different painting on each site.¶

FRAMES - DESPATCHING:¶ The paintings that are ordered via internet are dispatched without frames, (which constitute obligation of purchaser, with the exception of the plexiglas of the 3rd case, which are framed in common frames with white back for safety reasons during transportation), and are packed in pipes from cardboard for the canvas, and in protective cover for the plexiglas. ¶The expenses of mailing (usually postal) burden the recipient. ¶Plexiglas of the 3rd case can also be put, after delivery, in different frames by the recipient , either supported with 4 metal screws at 2 cm distance from an inflexible PVC white back (so that they give the sense of depth), or they can be put in wooden frames of 7 cm (2.8 in) thickness and 7 cm width, also with white back, where in the sides are hidden two fluorescence lamps, in order that illuminating the painting from behind to produce, together with the aesthetic, also impressive decorative results. ¶

ORDERS:¶ To make an order the following data are necessary: ¶A) The case where it refers i.e. 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th. B¶BBB) The dimension of the painting (a, b or c, for the 2nd case, and a, or b for the 3rd case. C) The name (i.e. the code) of the painting (or of the two paintings for the 4th case) as well as (if it is easy to have) the folder where the painting is found, e.g. F1.1, Ae07. So the picture of an order can be: ‘’F1.1, Ae07, 2nd, b’’ or only ‘’Ae07, 2nd, b’’ ¶

¶PRICING: ¶The prices of the above cases are, for the time been, as follows: (All genuine paintings must have the signature of the artist, as well as for the canvas the artist’s stamp in the back side). ¶

1st: ¶Tables of Mixed Media:¶ Euros. ¶2nd: ¶Printings on canvas: ¶a) 100X75 cm: ¶Euros, b) 133X100 cm: ¶Euros, c) 170X130 cm:¶ Euros. ¶3rd: ¶Printings on plexiglas: ¶a) 70X50 cm:¶ Euros.¶ b) 100X70 cm: Euros. ¶4th: ¶ Plexiglas to stand on the table: ¶Euros.

NOTE: Due to increased demand the artist cannot respond for the time been to new orders, before he finishes the despatching of the old, with the exception for sales made directly from his house. On the other hand for the time been the prices are missing because are under a slight revision. ¶

DISCOUNTS: ¶For orders of 5 paintings or more a 10% discount on the total above mentioned prices is applied, while for orders of 20 paintings or more a 20% discount on the total above mentioned prices is applied. ¶

SENDING THE ORDER: ¶The sending of the order has to be done through the form ΙΙ.2.D (Contact with the Artist) which opens also from here (by clicking on the underlined II.2.E). In this form the purchaser - recipient enters his name and address and in the ‘’COMMENTS’’ enters what he asks for (i.e. what he wands to order), and finally in the table that follows, which is used in case he wants to order many paintings, he enters in the column ‘’PICTURE CODE’’ the codes of the folders and the paintings, and in the next column ‘’MARK 0-4’’, instead of the marks, he enters the case and the dimension of each painting, e.g.’’ 2nd, b’’ etc. ¶

WAY OF PAYMENT: ¶ The way of payment has not been determined yet. However if somebody wants to order now, he can communicate directly with the artist. Also if the purchaser lives near Athens, he can take the paintings (even, if he prefers, with frames), from the artist’s house. ENGLISH HOME PAGE
